Travel

A travel surcharge is calculated automatically when you enter the property's postcode at booking. Shoots within 30 miles of G69 incur no charge — beyond that, the applicable surcharge will be added to your invoice. Properties over 50 miles are quoted individually.

Property Preparation

Please ensure the property is clean, tidy, and fully ready for photography at the scheduled time. Any personal items or clutter should be removed from view. Shoots that cannot proceed upon arrival due to inadequate preparation will incur a £35 charge and a new appointment will be required.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours before your shoot by phone or email. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a £35 flat rate charge.

Delivery

Edited images are delivered within 48 working hours of the shoot. Working hours are Monday to Friday only — shoots completed on a Friday will be delivered by end of day Tuesday. Images are delivered via a private download link. Express Turnaround (add-on) guarantees delivery within 24 working hours.

Media Rights

Fusion Media retains the right to use images captured during your shoot for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you'd prefer your property not to be used in this way, please notify me in writing at the time of booking or within 7 days of your shoot. Delivered images are stored for 4 weeks, after which they will no longer be retained.
